HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO BE DISPATCHED?
Any order placed is processed between 1 and 2 working days. As soon as your order is ready to be dispatched, you will receive an email of confirmation, from that moment, you can take into account the times given by the transporters.
WHERE DOES JELLYFISH CONCEPT DELIVER TO?
Jellyfish Concept delivers mainly to Macau, Hong Kong, Singapore, Taiwan and China. We also deliver your orders around the rest of the world. To know the conditions, times and costs of delivery to a specific country, please contact our Customer Services.
WHICH METHODS OF DELIVERY ARE POSSIBLE?
For Macau customers, we offer self-pick up service for orders below $499 and our partnership warehouse is ebuy.mo.
We propose deliveries by SF Express to Hong Kong, Taiwan and Singapore and China. For rest of the world, your ordered products will be directly delivered by International Express Mail Service (EMS).
WHAT ARE THE COSTS OF DELIVERY?
Delivery costs are calculated automatically according to the place of delivery and the total prices purchased of the ordered articles.

Please noted that custom fees and import taxes may occur, and customers will be responsible for the corresponding fees for receiving the order.
In light of the current situation of COVID-19, please be aware that overseas delivery may be delayed.
IS IT POSSIBLE TO RETURN OR REFUND MY ORDER?
We hope you and your little ones love our clothes as much as we do. If you have any questions about your garments or you receive a damaged or faulty item please contact us immediately or leave a message on other social media form, we will return you within 3 days.
We do not issue refunds for products once the order is confirmed and product is sent.
There is no obligation to provide a refund or return in the following situations:
-You change your mind about an item;
- You bought an item by mistake;
- The size or color of an item does not fit
